The villa offers a relaxed atmosphere perfect for single visitors or couples. There are local stores near the villa at just 1 block away. From a bakery, beer stores and groceries to local restaurants that will make your stay more fun. The local bus stop is right in front of the villa convenient if you travel with large luggage.

An airy studio close to the beach is on the top floor of a brand new house Casa Pia. The studio is on the top floor, has a spacious terrace with sun chairs and breakfast/dining corner. Studio has inside a comfortable queen-size bed (150cms wide), a single bed, AC, TV, iron, full modern bathroom, kitchenette with sink, mini fridge, little electric stove, coffee-maker, microwave, kitchen table with chairs. The internet is satellite Starlink.

La villa cuenta con bar-mirador en el tercer piso exclusivo para esta villa. Alberca, arenero y camastros en el área común, se comparten con las otras 3 villas del complejo.

Villa frente al mar con detalles rústicos, ideal para pasar unos días tranquilos ya sea en pareja o en familia (tenemos la opción de rentar la otra Villa de alado). Cuenta con terraza frente al mar para pasar el día con vista a la playa. La Villa está equipada con lo necesario para su estancia y para el número de personas que la ofrecemos. Cuenta con internet, agua caliente y ventilador en la recámara.

Hermosa casa con piscina frente al mar en ¨EL CUYO¨ Yucatán, confortable, cómoda y con mucha tranquilidad. Es una casa de descanso y relajación, con una vista espectacular. (Casa atardecer es solamente la planta baja ya que en la parte de arriba se encuentran 2 departamentos totalmente independientes de la casa). 🐾Se aceptan mascotas con costo extra.
