Port de Llanca - Near the Beach

Actually a 4 minute walk to the Beach. A room with own entrance via the patio, 17 square meter room, double bed, TV, WiFi, own bathroom, (shower and toilet) and a 8 square meter patio. The house is at the top of a hill if you don't have a car you'll have to walk uphill to get home. We now have a kitchen, there's a cooker with two hotplates, an extractor, the microwave and fridge from before and a sink, see the photos... There is also a full length mirror. Recent addition, awning in the patio.

Charmant appartement dans maison indépendante

Mon logement est proche du centre ville, la vue est exceptionnelle . Vous l'apprécierez pour la luminosité et le quartier. Parfait pour un couple. A 4 kilomètres de la frontière espagnole, il offre la possibilité de visiter la Costa Brava : Musée DALI à Figueras, Cadaquès, Port Lligat, mais aussi de visiter la Côte Vermeille, Collioure, Banyuls sur mer Randonnées, plongées, sentier sous marin, plages, criques, patrimoine culturel placent Cerbère dans une situation géographique privilégiée.

Charming Cadaques house with exceptional terrace

The Artist’s House is an old village house in a central yet quiet area of Cadaques town. There are 3 en-suite refined and comfortable bedrooms, 2 with air conditioning; It is fully heated and also has 2 log burning stoves in both sitting rooms. The house has a magnificent terrace with unbelievable views over the sea, cathedral and mountains. The beach is a minutes walk. Please note the street is pedestrian and there is not vehicle access to the front door.

A comfy house by the sea in the Costa Brava

A three-storey, 2300-square-foot house on a quiet street just off the esplanade and town beach, it was built in the nineteenth century and belonged to my mother, whose family comes from this area. My husband and I, both Barcelona-based architects, have given it a thoroughly modern and loving renovation.
