Really close to the best restaurants in town, surfing spots, breweries, supermarkets, gas station, tacos & everything you might need. 5 min driving to downtown and 20 min to valle de guadalupe.

In the hearth of downtown Ensenada, will take a five minute walk from to get to places like “Malecón” and the tourist area. Public transportation on the corner of the loft. There is a sleeping room with a full bathroom, a dining room and kitchen. Downstairs there is another living room and patio with a grill and bar. Private parking inside the property for one car.
