Tout confort, idéal pour 4 personnes. 4eme étage avec ascenseur, très lumineux, grande baie vitrée avec double vitrage dans toutes les pièces. Salon climatisé, cuisine américaine toute équipée, machine à café à grains. Télé et wifi. Les 2 chambres et le grand salon ont une magnifique vue sur le prestigieux Boulevard Pereire, très arboré et sans vis-à-vis.

Bienvenue en Provence Gardoise, Ici, le soleil se lève deux fois, le matin et après la sieste. A 500 mètres du village, propriété privée de 6000 m2 clôturée avec parking privé. Piscine chauffée et sécurisée, barbecue. Limitrophe au Vaucluse et Bouche du Rhône. Découvrez, Avignon et son festival au mois de juillet (15mn), Nîmes et Le Pont du Gard (30 mn), Orange (15 mn), Saint Rémy De Provence et les Baux de Provence(40mn), la Camargue (1 heure). La Gare TGV est à 14,5 kms et l' A9 à 5 kms.

Blue Garden is a brand new project in our mediterranean organic olive garden with private access to the beach. Here you can connect with nature and enjoy tranquility and privacy. The Houses were constructed in 2022 with high standards and comforts. Enjoy the sea view from inside the house and your private patio or relax at the beach that rests 50 metres from it. The Garden has mostly olive trees but you can also discover various other trees or vegetables. The project is stil in development.

Chaloupka U Vodníka je romantické místo pro dvě osoby přímo u rybníčku se pstruhy a v létě ovečkami, na dosah Kvačianské doliny a jako ideální bod pro výlety na Roháče. Uvnitř najdete postel 140×200 cm, poličku na věci a oblečení, zásuvku a kamínka, kde si sami zatopíte (v zimě je potřeba počítat s odházením sněhu). Venkovní terasa s letní kuchyní, WC, sprcha (v mrazech ve sklepě Palčovky). Kuchyně v zimě není. Ideální pro dobrodruhy, co chtějí vůni dřeva, hvězdnou oblohu a ticho hor.

Als de eigenaren er zijn (in het andere huis) kunt u ook gebruik maken van de moestuin en de pizzaoven. In de Lapone vallei, tussen olijfbomen en wijngaarden. Perfect voor wandelen, mountainbiken en uitstapjes naar onder meer Rome, Siena, Villa Caprarola of dichterbij het Bolsenameer of Bagnoregio.
