Maes Y Neuadd has been undergoing extensive renovations since 2022 and features a variety of historical rooms which have been lovingly restored, including rooms from the 14th, 16th and 18th Century; featuring original beams, high ceilings and restored Georgian panelling. Sleeping up to 30 people within our individually designed rooms. Being situated within the Snowdonia National Park, Maes Y Neuadd is the perfect base for visiting all the local attractions of North Wales.

1800 yıllarında Rum Ustalar tarafından yapılan sarnıçlı Konağımız, uzun yıllar mesken olarak kullanılmıştır. 2017 yılında orijinal mimarisine sadık kalınarak,butik otel olarak hizmet verecek şekilde restore edilmiştir. Bahçede kendisine ait orijinal su sarnıcı bulunmaktadır.6 odasının her biri kendine özgü farklı mimari özelliklerde olup, her detay düşünülerek dekore edilmiştir. Kışın şömine başında,yazın bahçede çiçekler içinde kahvaltı ve yemek keyfini yaşayabilirsiniz.

As 8 suites resultam da renovação e remodelação de uma luxuosa penthouse dos anos 50 de 3 pisos com vistas soberbas sobre a cidade do Porto. O Terraço amplo que ocupa toda a superfície do edifício funciona com zona de estar, sendo onde são servidos os pequenos almoços e onde funciona o bar da unidade. Proporciona uma vista de cortar a respiração dos principais monumentos do Porto.

The house is located within a historic citrus grove. Every detail of the traditional Sicilian garden has been recovered. The irrigation system of the citrus grove dates back to the 1930s and respects the hydraulics principles of the Arab Middle Ages, and one can almost always hear the sounds of water flowing through the clay and calcarenite pipes. There are many signs reminiscent of the 1970s classic rock epic. All rooms have an external entrance.

(30m2 ) consists of a large living room with a kitchen and cooking utensils (dishes, fridge with freezer , stove and basic cooking utensils) . In the living room are antique wardrobe and sofa that in a few seconds can become a comfortable bed ( 145x195cm ) . At the other end of the app is a double bed, which is made from pieces of oak beams of GAJETA -bed with a canopy ( 160x200cm )

Im kleinen Örtchen Segringen mit einer kleinen Grundschule im Ort, einem weltweit bekannten Friedhof, genießt man die Ruhe, und kann an lauen Sommerabenden das quaken der Frösche lauschen. Die kleine Kirche im Ortskern bildet den Mittelpunkt von Segringen. hier kennt jeder noch jeden. Kinder können bei uns noch auf den Straßen spielen und man lauscht den Glocken der Dorfkirche.

Close by are the small estuary towns of Salcombe and Hope Cove which offer stunning beaches, sailing, windsurfing and coastal walks. The farmhouse only offers room only and no breakfast or facilities to make cook or make breakfast.
