Die Wohnung liegt in optimaler Lage für viele Aktivitäten im Sommer und im Winter, und ist fußläufig in ca. 12 Min vom Garmischer Zentrum entfernt. Die Bergbahnen sind in nur wenigen Minuten erreichbar.

Many shops including grocery stores, tourism information, train station and the Passionplay theatre can be reached comfortably by foot. The apartment is about 650 sqft in size with a living room with kitchen, 1 bed room, bathroom with shower, private outside sitting area, 1 parking space. The garden with a grill, a washing machine and drier are shared with other house guests.

Herzlich Willkommen in unserem Ferienhaus in Garmisch-Partenkirchen. Wir, eine 4-köpfige Familie würden Sie sehr gerne bei uns Willkommen heißen. Die Wohnung Moariga besteht aus einem großen Wohn/Essbereich mit Schlafcouch und Flat-TV, einem Schlafzimmer mit Kleiderschrank, komplett eingerichtete Küche, Flur mit Garderobe und einem tollen Bad mit Dusche. Außerdem gehört ein großer Balkon mit wunderbarem Ausblick auf die Berge dazu.
