The Studio is at the top 4th floor (the attic) and has a separate and independent entrance (no elevator and nor air-conditioned). We are 25 min walking distance to the city center (15min by metro). The Studio is just 1 minute from the metro station Ribaucourt, so you can get easily straight into central Brussels. There is a small equipped kitchen, bathroom and toilet inside the studio. This is not a hotel but a private house with a separate Studio for Airbnb. We live in the same building.

The apartment is located 200m from one of the best bakeries of Brussels "Saint-Aulaye". The area is full of little designer shops, concept stores, trendy bars and restaurants and there's a lovely market every Wednesday on the main square located 400m from the apartment. Dit appartement is zeer licht en in december 2021 gerenoveerd. Het bevindt zich op de 2e verdieping, zonder lift. Het appartement beschikt over een ingerichte keuken met een inductie, oven, vaatwasser, koffiemachine, toaster en microwave. Er is een tv, en ook is er wifi en bekabeld high speed internet. Verder beschikt de badkamer ook over een haardroger. In de woonkamer staat een bank waarvan nog een extra bed voor 1 persoon kan worden gemaakt.
