The 3.5 room flat, spread in 2 floors with 5 beds, 1 bathroom and 2 separate toilets, is located in a well-kept complex with heated outdoor and indoor pools, a spacious sauna, 3 tennis courts, a game room, and gym, freely available to guests. The free ski shuttle stops in front of the house every 20 minutes and is 1 station away from the ski lift in Laax . Alternatively it is a 5 minutes walk.

No bunk beds! 4 bedrooms sleep 8 with 3 bathrooms, offering space and privacy. 14 min drive or 18 bus to Lenzerheide for excellent hiking, biking and skiing. 5 min walk to train. Storage for bikes/skis, laundry, small gym.

There is a shuttle that takes you to Laax Bergbahnen within <5' where you find ski/snowboard schools/après-ski/cross-country ski trails/Volg/various restaurants and a lot more happening :)

Das hauseigene Fitness steht zur Mitnutzung zur Verfügung. Im Winter ist man mit dem Auto in 10 Minuten an der Talstation des Skigebiets, im Sommer in 10 Minuten am See.
