Welcome to your stylish 120 m² apartment, right in the heart of Graz's Old Town, with a view of the Schlossberg. A farmers' market, cafés, restaurants, and excellent public transport connections are all right on your doorstep. The apartment combines the charm of a historic building and a warm design. Two separate bedrooms, a spacious living room with a bay window and views of the Schlossberg, a balcony, a kitchen, and a bathroom with a separate toilet ensure living comfort in the city center.

Our house is in the heart of Hallstatt. The famous lake-street is in 1 minute walking distance, yet it is a very silent place to live in. The kitchen is fully equipped. The balcony is a real treat for summer nights viewing the silent lake. There is one master bedroom and and additional bedroom with 2 single beds (bunk bed). There is no need for a vehicle in town since everything is in walking or hiking distance (marketplace, shopping, ossuary of the chatholic church). A TV is available.

Direkt vor der Haustüre beginnen die Wanderwege, das schneesichere Skigebiet Grebenzen ist in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Auf der großzügigen, teilweise überdachten Terrasse hört man das Rauschen des nahegelegenen Gebirgsbaches, Sonnenanbeter kommen hier voll auf Ihre Kosten

This 100 year old wooden house is surrounded on 3 sides by forest and offers a wonderful view of the Rax. The south-facing, sunny view extends from the Rax to the Preiner Gschaid. The house has a heating with two Swedish stoves, which are able to heat the entire house. A modern kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator (with freezer) and induction cooker completes the basic equipment. A wonderful place to relax and enjoy nature.
