La casina , dependence di 55 mq, a piano terreno composta da camera da letto, soggiorno, cucina, bagno con comoda doccia e spazio attrezzato per mangiare all’aperto. Ha un ingresso indipendente ed è situato in una silenziosa corte privata con giardino recintato. La dependence è dotato di quanto può rendere confortevole un soggiorno di vacanza per un massimo 4 persone. La struttura è situata nel centro di Follonica a 600 metri dal mare e 200 dalla stazione ferroviaria, vicina a tutti i servizi.

La mia casa si trova a Livorno, nel caratteristico quartiere di Antignano, vicino al centro e a due passi dalle splendide calette del Lungomare, perfette per un tuffo ed un bagno di sole. Base ideale per scoprire i tesori della nostra citta' e delle famose città d'arte toscane. Potrai godere del nostro mare e della cucina a base di pesce fresco . Caffè, tè, tisane, latte e biscotti sono offerti. Il quartiere, tranquillo e pittoresco, è a 10 min di macchina o 20 min in bicicletta dal Centro.

The Casa del Capitano is located on the top of Monte Grosso in the National park of the tuscan archipelago. The location is unique on the island and from here you have a fantastic view of the city of Portoferraio, Piombino, Corsica, Capraia and Gorgona. The house was restored during a project lasting several years, in close collaboration with the National Park and was designed to be self-sufficient and ecological. The house in the Castle and the secret garden

Our beloved garden house is situated in the heart of Suvereto just a 5 minute walk from the main car park, free of charge. It consists of 1 private entrance, living room with sofa bed and TV (with Netflix) and access to the main bathroom with a large shower, 1 romantic double room with private bathroom, 1 smaller room with bunk bed - ideal for children. A terracotta staircase connects the living room with the kitchen and with the garden with veranda and outdoor shower.

Recently restored, La Stallina, was my grandfather's horse stable at the beginning of last century. Now it is a charming apartment perfect for a couple and suitable for 2+2 guests. One living room with kitchen in a conservatory, double bed and mezzanine with bed. Bathroom with large shower box, kitchen equipped with dish-washing and oven.

Cosy house at Porto Azzurro

Porto Azzurro, the house, with beautiful view, has been renovated recently. (2015-2016). The house has good place for 4 persons, but can have place for 6. The beach, "Golfo della Mola", that is very close to our house, is perfect for who has a kayak or a small boat. To bath we recommend sand beaches that is 1-2 km away.
