Revel in the stylish charm of a streamlined kitchen with crisp concrete floors and minimalist flourishes. Dine at a handmade table. Cozy up with a book on a sofa in the bright living room amid abstract artworks, stark furnishings, and trendy decor. Our newly refurbished apartment consist of two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, a dining room, a kitchen and a corridor. Whole apartment is air-conditioned and, on top of that, each of the two bedrooms have a separate heating/air-conditioning system. Bedroom 1: one double bed or two single beds - arranged according to your preference Bedroom 2: one double bed Both bathrooms have walk-in spacious showers. You can prepare a delicious meal in the fully-equipped kitchen and enjoy it in the dining room with your family or friends. In the living room, you can enjoy the time with each other or watch some TV on a 55" screen. Our guests will have access to the entire apartment. Together with my wife we set up a chat with our guests (via WhatsApp/Messanger) to be able to serve you 24/7 with suggestions, help and recommendations. Our preferred language is English but we can also communicate in Italian, French, Polish and Spanish. The apartment is located in the city center of La Spezia right by the pedestrian zone and train station. There are plenty of great restaurants, bars, cafes, and shops a stone's throw away. We are happy to find a best solution in terms of parking if you come by car. But then you can forget the car and use your feet or public transport to reach anywhere you need. Train station -> 3 mins walking distance Pedestrian zone -> 2 mins walking distance Marina with ferries -> 10 mins walking distance Bus stop -> 1 min walking distance We would also like to inform you that authorities require all the guests to pay the local tax at 2.5 euro/person/night (>16years) for max 5 consecutive nights of stay. This amount shall be paid in cash at the check in. Moreover, we need to communicate to the local Police office the guest register and we would need some information from all our guest to fullfill this legal requirement.

Indipendent residence, 5 mins to Beach, 40 mins to Pisa, 1hr 30 to Florence by car. Welcome to our "Versillia Olive Residence". A peaceful retreat within our olive grove garden. Our house is located in a quiet residential area, in between Forte dei Marmi and Pietrasanta, along the Via Francigena itinerary. Just a few kms away from the beautiful sandy beaches of Versilia and the mountains of the Apuan Alps. The house is equipped with WI-FI and self Check- In system. It is ideal for 4 people.

Grande villa indipendente con ampio giardino in quartiere residenziale, distante 10 minuti a piedi dal centro della "Piccola Atene" Pietrasanta e 15 minuti in bicicletta dal mare e da Forte dei Marmi (4 biciclette disponibili nell'alloggio). Nella casa sono presenti: salotto, cucina, sala da pranzo, quattro camere (due matrimoniali con aria condizionata, una con due letti singoli con aria condizionata e una con letto singolo), oltre a due bagni. Sono disponibili inoltre Wi-Fi e posti auto.

Accogliente casetta a Montignoso, ideale per una coppia, a soli 3 km dal mare e 5 min da Forte dei Marmi. A 1 h dalle 5 Terre e 30 min dall’Aeroporto di Pisa. Zona servita da ristoranti, farmacia, supermercato, ASL e Ospedale del Cuore OPA (950 m). Dotata di Wi-Fi, aria condizionata, bagno nuovo, cucina attrezzata, doppia Smart TV 50”, lavatrice e stufetta. Animali ammessi. Parcheggio a lato strada. Vietati fumo e feste. Si richiedono ordine, pulizia e silenzio dopo le 23:00.

Sunsets over the sea.

At the gates of the 5 Terre, out of the confusion of the town center. From our apartment you can enjoy the immensity of the sea and breathtaking sunsets. Located near the path nr 1 (AV5T), you can reach Riomaggiore and Portovenere by trekking through the paths with a splendid view. It also has the convenience of arriving with the car under the house, the recommended way to reach us. 10 minutes by car from La Spezia and even less from Riomaggiore. Free parking on site.

Ca'Luni B&b è strutturato su due livelli, al piano superiore abbiamo due camere doppie ed una tripla, al piano superiore troverete un grande salone con una meravigliosa vista sulla vallata , l'accesso al giardino e alla piscina è accanto all'entrata principale. La colazione viene servita ogni mattina sul terrazzo della cucina accompagnata dal meraviglioso suono del fiume Siamo aperti a qualsiasi esigenza o richiesta degli ospiti, basta chiedere!

 Posizionato a soli 100 metri dalla Piazza Duomo, l’appartamento è vicinissimo ai principali ristoranti, negozi e gallerie d’arte della città. Il mare e il Parco della Versiliana sono raggiungibili in pochi minuti in bicicletta.
