Our huge 825 sq foot guest suite is the perfect location to recharge. You’ll feel like you’re at a country retreat yet only a few minutes drive to shopping and freeway access. Relax in the jet tub or scrub away your worries in a gigantic shower. Enjoy your morning coffee on the patio listening to the birds chirp or watching the gorgeous sunsets. Our beautiful suite offers it’s own office space, table, couch (convert fee) , a comfortable Queen bed, and ample parking too! ID required prior arrival

Unique studio in Old Town Clovis - THE PEACH SUITE

The Peach Suite is a unique little 700-square-foot open floor-plan studio. It's just perfect for two. This little backhouse and the front Garden House (a 100-year-old Craftsman) have been restored and made beautiful again. This unique little studio is on a large half-acre lot in Old Town Clovis, which is close enough to walk to many restaurants and local activities like Farmers' Markets. The Peach Suite has everything you need. The shower and bathroom are small but they definitely do the job.

Quinn Cottage @ Old Fig

My College Home, is my guest house, in old Fig Garden, located in a peaceful garden like setting on a great property. I have updated it in 2024 and put in a new Air Conditioning/ heating unit. Easy access to Highway 41 with a 90 minute drive to the Yosemite Gate. For dining and entertainment we are near the Tower District and Fig Garden Village. It is a one bedroom non-smoking detached home which shares the backyard with the main house and our 2 labs. Pets will be considered for x-tra fees.

Get away from it all in this stylish, studio cottage. Enjoy amazing views of the foothills and Tule River. Take a nap in the hammock, float peacefully in the river, or explore our wild 10 acres. In the evenings, enjoy stargazing or conversation at the fire pit. Our property is secluded, yet only 10 minutes from the main highway. We are in between Sequoia Forest (east) and Sequoia Park (north), with about an hour drive to each. We love to host remote workers/traveling health care providers.
