It will take you to Nuremberg main station in 17 minutes where you could easily connect to the underground - ideally for Nuremberg Messe. The highway is close by, too. The flat is equipped with all necessities you need for a pleasant stay. It has a separate entrance + porch. Breakfast available on request (6 Euros each).

Das Zimmer ist mit ein Kühlschrank und TV ausgestattet. WLAN ist vorhanden sowie ein eine Balkontür um auf den Balkon zugehen .Da das Zimmer in der Wohnung ist wo auch der Gastgeber wohnt , ist in dem Zimmer mit der Schlafcouch Privatsachen drin . Hin und wieder muss ich als Gastgeber in das Zimmer rein um an meine Privatsachen zukommen. In der Nähe gibt es ein großes Freizeitbad mit vielen Saunalandschaften. ( Palm - Beach ) ca. 1 Km ist ein große Einkaufcenter wurde erst 2015 eröffnet.

coole Wohnung in einem coolen Haus mit super Nachbarn. gut gelegen mit supermarkt 5 Minuten entfernt... zur Ubahn auch 5 Minuten zu Fuß... die Wohnung hat 105 qm, ein Schlafzimmer und ein ankleidezimmer in der ein Sofa zum ausklappen ist ... also für 4 Personen kein Problem ☺️... zur Messe sind es mit der Ubahn 20 Minuten .. und der kühlschrank ist bei Ankunft gefüllt mit Bier und Snacks 👌 ich werde bei Ankunft und Abreise da sein und alles erklären .. ich freue mich auf Dich/ Euch
