È considerato un paese strategico, a pochi chilometri da Lugano e da numerose attrazioni turistiche (Splash&Spa, Lugano Lake, escursioni in Mountain Bike, Monte Tamaro, ecc). Vicino a molti servizi quali: supermercati, ristoranti, bar, bancomat, posta e farmacie. In pochi minuti a piedi si raggiungono i principali mezzi pubblici (autobus e treno) e entrate autostradali.

Ein mini-kleines Studio, dass auf kleinstem Raum alles hat um glücklich zu sein. Wer unabhängig seine Tessin Ferien günstig verbringen will ist hier richtig. Ein idealer Ausgangspunkt um das Tessin zu entdecken. Der Lago Maggiore zu Füssen, die Täler und die Zentren ( Locarno, Bellinzona und Lugano) auch mit ÖV gut erreichbar. Sowie auch die Märkte in Italien mit Auto oder ÖV gut erreichbar sind. Im Winter und während der kühlen Jahreszeit, empfehle ich das Studio nur für eine Person!

Il Grottino

Il "grottino" (NL-00003565) è una piccola casa indipendente composta da due locali: al piano terreno la zona giorno con una piccola cucina e un bagno con box doccia, al primo piano la zona notte con un letto matrimoniale. Può ospitare solo due adulti, è disponibile un posto auto privato a pochi metri. Non c'è la televisione. Zona tranquilla e soleggiata, immerso nel verde con ampio giardino per gli ospiti. Distante 16 km dal lago di Lugano, 12 km da Bellinzona e 25 km da Locarno.

Newly renovated and well equipped , the studio is near family-friendly activities, public transport, the city center, tourist attractions ( Madonna del Sasso), Cardada cable car, mini market. You’ll love this place because of the neighbourhood, the coziness, the wonderful view of lago maggiore and the mountains arround, the free parking, you can enjoy sunbathing in the garden. The studio is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

Am Ende einer 80 stufigen Treppe gelegen (siehe Bilder - Fitnessprogramm inklusvie :-) ) , haben Sie von jedem Zimmer, Pool und Gartensitzplatz aus freie Sicht auf die Natur, den See und Ascona. Das Haus wird an maximal 4 Erwachsene und bis zu 3 Kinder vermietet. Poolsaison von Mai - September.

Appartamento di 35 mq, vista lago con soggiorno ( letto matrimoniale e divano-letto )bagno e cucina. Zona tranquilla e residenziale leggermente in salita. 5 minuti in auto dal centro città. Posto auto coperto, area esterna con giardino e piscina. Sat Tv. Piscina condivisa solamente con host, chiusa nel periodo invernale. Disponibilità di lettino/culla su richiesta.

Rustico Caverda

Il rustico è stato ricavato dalla ristrutturazione di una vecchia stalla. Tutti i mobili che compongono l'arredamento dell'abitazione sono stati costruiti artigianalmente in legno massiccio dall'host. La casa è dotata di un impianto fotovoltaico rendendola a basso impatto ambientale. Il rustico si trova in una zona molto tranquilla e soleggiata.
