Kirkjuland is a small farm just 10km north of Reykjavik, on Kjalarnes. Located under the beautiful mountain Esja. Peaceful and cozy.. We can host 2 persons at our facility. Fantastic view over the Reykjavik area. We are close to many beautiful places you would want to visit; like Thingvellir national park, Glymur the highest waterfall in Iceland, Húsafell , Krauma, Giljaböð natural bath places, etc. All photos of the northern lights taken in our garden! Outdoor swimming pools very close by.

A studio apartment in central quiet area, suitable for 2 persons. (3rd guest possible, but tight) along with bike and gear area, available upon request great for packing and unpacking the Iceland expedition of lifetime. Free parking on site for up to 3 cars. A fully functioning kitchenette and lounge chair. Outdoors dining area with gas BBQ, ideal for sunny afernoons. Important: Warm shower is outdoors! Welcome to my new and modern apartment, it's located , 10-15 minitues from Reykjavik city center. The House was built in 2022 with 6 apartments, mine is on the ground floor, stair with few steps. it is 74 sqm -The living room, kitchen and dining area is in the same section. The bedroom and the bathroom are separated. You can have a look at the set up of the apartment on the photos. The bedroom is with a 160 cm bed and it has room-darkening shades. Washing machine and dryer at the bathroom.

Bienvenido a nuestro estudio privado! Consta de un baño privado con ducha y muebles sanitarios. En el espacio principal se encuentra una cama matrimonial y un sofá cama para hasta dos huéspedes más. En el mismo espacio se encuentra la cocina totalmente equipada. Se encuentra a sólo 15 min en coche del centro de Reykjavik y a sólo 47 min del aeropuerto de Keflavik. This ground floor apartment is situated in a quiet neighborhood in Reykjavík's suburbs. Completely renovated in November 2022, it is conveniently located 15 minutes away from downtown Reykjavík and 35 minutes away from the airport by car. The apartment is a mere 5 minutes walk away from the nearby lava field and ocean. Restaurants and shops are within walking distance, while the nearest bus stop is 10 minutes away by foot. Free parking is available.

Umhverfisvænni stúdíóíbúð

Íbúðin er í byggingu sem er verið að byggja samkvæmt viðmiðum Svansins. Það þýðir að efnisval miðast við að það valdi sem minnstum skaða fyrir umhverfi og heilsu fólks. Einnig er reynt að lágmarka kolefnisspor hússins á fermeter. Góðar samgöngur eru á svæðinu en strætó númer 1 stoppar 500 m frá húsnæðinu. Einbýlishúsið sem íbúðin er í, er enn í byggingu. Ekki verður unnið í húsinu þegar gestir eru í íbúðinni.
