Historic City Center Apartment in Vogelenbuurt

Spacious (120m2) exclusive apartment with everything you need for a carefree stay in Utrecht. Perfect for families and one or two couples. Enjoy the entertainment options like Sonos sound system, Smart TV with Chromecast, Netflix and smart ambient lightning, while period touches include stained glass, high ceilings and authentic chandeliers. The apartment is devided over 2 floors and had a total size of around 120 square meter. The apartment is big enough to accommodate a family with (young) kids, 2 couples or single couples who needs some extra space. Also business- and solo-travellers are more than welcome to stay. On the first floor: A toilet and small room with desk, a spacious living room with large sofa, TV (with Chromecast) and music equipment. Via the living room there is an entrance to the balcony. Open kitchen with all facilities like microwave, oven, dishwasher. This whole floor has the authentic high ceilings which give a very spacious feeling. On the second floor: 2 bedrooms, 1 bedroom with large bed and entrance to the second balcony, 1 bedroom with sleeping couch for 1-2 person(s). Large bathroom with huge bath, separate walk in shower, sink, washing machine and toilet. WiFi, clean bedsheets, towels, dishwashing tablets, coffee and tea are included. Next to this you can make use of our iPad, Netflix account, Chromecast, Apple TV, iMac, electric drumkit, acoustic guitar and Sonos sound system. In case of any questions or doubts; don't hesitate to send us a message. Note: This apartment is not suitable for parties or loud group of people. Please have a party in the city or stay elsewhere. Welcome in Utrecht! Shop in the boutiques and supermarkets and dine in the hip restaurants in the famous streets of Oudegracht and Voorstraat, 5 minutes away by foot. Stroll in the open spaces of nearby Griftpark, while the central railway station is a 15-minute walk. Train: The apartment is located 15 min walking distance from Utrecht Central Station train station. Utrecht is easiest reachable within 30 min by train from Amsterdam Schiphol Airport. Car: There are paid parking places in the street for EUR 3,58 per hour or EUR 24,96 per day. On Sunday it is free to park. There is also an option to park in parking garage called Grifthoek for EUR 16,00 per day. This parking garage is very close by (4 min walk) Free parking is possible near train station Utrecht Overvecht, but will take you at least 20-25 min walk to the apartment.

Via een gezamenlijk trappenhuis bereik je het appartement, dat kan worden omschreven als sfeervol, met gebruik van mooie materialen, oog voor detail en vooral comfortabel met alles wat je nodig hebt voor een prettig verblijf voor korte of langere tijd.

Welcome! Our attractive house from 1899 is completely self-sufficient and fully equipped. Kitchen-diner, cozy living room, separate bedroom and bathroom with jacuzzi. It is located in a nice area, centrally in Utrecht, with a garden on the water and within a 10-minute walk you are in the center of Utrecht! You can rent a parking permit for the entire area from us on site for €7.50 per day. (That is 5 to 10 times cheaper than usual in Utrecht!)

Het onlangs gerenoveerde appartement is gelegen in de gezellige wijk Bottendaal met terrasjes en cafés in overvloed. Het is op loopafstand van het centraal station, stadscentrum en de Radboud universiteit en ziekenhuis. Ook parkeren is geen probleem. De straat is rustig en groen. In het appartement vindt u allerlei apparatuur zoals een wasmachine, vaatwasser, koelkast/vriezer, oven en magnetron. Het appartement heeft een eigen opgang en balkon.

Bij ons verblijf je in een eigen sfeervol appartement met een ruim terras, een grote tuin en uitzicht op een klein water met de daarnaast nestelende ooievaars. Ons gastenverblijf is te huur voor minimaal 3 nachten. Verplichte bijkomende kosten: Toeristenbelasting 1,50 pp/pn ter plekke af te rekenen.
