The chalet is an individual construction fully available and reserved for the guests. So are the terrace and the surroundings ( a small river, a private bridge and access to the forest ). Ambiance cosy, terrasse et jardin pour vous reposer, ce sera votre petit refuge pour de belles aventures dans nos lacs et montagnes qui sont juste à proximité. A 15 minutes, le Massif des Brasses, station familiale, est l'endroit idéal pour apprendre à skier, ou pour randonner l'été et pour goûter aux plaisirs de la montagne en toute simplicité.

Petit chalet indépendant et cosy, niché entre le lac d'Annecy et les sommets des Aravis. Orienté sud, il bénéficie d'une belle lumière et d'une terrasse en bois pour profiter de la vue paisible sur les dents de Lanfon. Idéal pour un couple, ce petit nid douillet est parfait pour des vacances tout autant sportives que reposantes, à deux pas des commodités. Bien que situé à côté de notre maison, le gîte est entièrement indépendant et intime.

Hi there, thanks for checking out our little chalet in the woods :) If you like nature, this is the place to be. Spot wild dear, go skiing, hiking, take our snowshoes on an adventure, or simply come and relax in our wood powered hot-tub. The chalet is cozy and modern, open plan with a nice fire to sit by. It's ideal for 2, but 4 people can also fit. With 2 outside terraces you can have breakfast and dinner in the sun.

Prestations haut de gamme pour ce gîte de 200m2 sur 2 niveaux situé au rdc du chalet contemporain des propriétaires (accès par marches). Le propriétaire séjourne dans la propriété Centre Genève, Lac léman à 25 minutes, ski les Brasses -Hirmentaz 15 minutes
