This gives you an incredible vantage point of the expansive property from the home and wrap-around porches. The home is approximately 1,500 square feet with 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms and sleeps (8) people comfortably. We offer complimentary kayaks for guests to use during their stay. We are close to High Springs, a small town city with restaurants. Our house has a big yard to play outdoor sports, such as volleyball, soccer, etc. The neighborhood is very peaceful. We have a ping pong table. The side of the house looking like a garage is for our personal use, it will remain locked during your stay since my wife and I live there
