Downstairs, are two Q beds in a private space with its own shower/bath, mini frig, washer and dryer. Two firepits: one gas under deck on concrete and one in yard. We are located in Three Rivers Estates and 7 minutes from Ichetucknee Park South Entrance and near Ginny, Poe, and Rum Island springs. We have tubes for floating, and 2 kayaks. Enjoy a great deck, screened porch, and downstairs screened in room for a campy experience. We welcome a pet with an extra $40 cleaning fee.
