Capacidad para 10 personas. Suite principal con aseo y despacho propios. Suite secundaria con aseo. Tres habitaciones dobles. Dos aseos en zonas comunes. Total 5 habitaciones y 4 baños completos con ducha. Cocina completa con lavaplatos y sala de estar espaciosa en planta baja. Segunda sala de estar en la primera planta. A/C en todas las zonas Porche con BBQ, piscina y lavaplatos exterior. Está ubicada a 15 minutos del centro de Girona y 30 minutos de la playa más cercana (l'Escala, Begur...)

la casita de patio, es el resultado de un sueño. Situada junto a la piscina en el patio de la casa principal, consta de dos estancias. En la preciosa entrada se encuentra un inmenso vestidor. Desde ahi, accederás a un espacio diáfano en el que no encontrarás a faltar de nada. 2 terrazas para tu uso exclusivo La piscina, barbacoa, el solárium y el patio son compartidos con mi nieta y conmigo. En verano puede coincidir también mi familia, siempre con respeto a la privacidad de los huéspedes.

El estudio totalmente equipado con todo lo que necesitas para un fin de semana o bien para estancias más largas. Piscina compartida con vistas preciosas. La zona es ideal pera hacer rutas en bicicleta o caminatas por los alrededores. No es recomendable para niños entre 0 y 12 años.
