Pac Heights 3-rm suite. Private, safe, quiet.

This large 3-room suite is part of my home, but is private, separate and locked off from the rest of the residence. There's a private entrance to your suite from the building lobby. Suite includes a dining/sitting area with dining/work table, sofa (opens to queen bed), TV and tiny patio. French doors separate this room from huge light-filled primary bedroom (with king bed). Cushioned bay window seat. Large spa-bathroom, "kitchenette" alcove, walk-in closet. 560 sq ft plus bath, closet & patio.

Private, modern Central Sunset suite

Come stay on the 1st floor of our beautiful 3-story house, complete with a separate entrance and private space including a bedroom, bathroom, living room, and kitchenette. You will also have access to our laundry room and backyard garden, and you can use our kitchen upon request. Please note that, while we try to be respectful about noise, sound travels easily in our place. We also have two children and a cat, so you are likely to hear us at times. People from all backgrounds are welcome!

Ocean Beach Bungalow

Welcome to the best neighborhood in SF! The space is located on the street level of our home, inside our spacious garage. Kitchen, breakfast bar, smart TV, queen bed, new sheets, towels, etc. Incredibly walkable to some of the city's best spots to eat, drink, and relax. Large window that provides natural light, and a view of our goofy dog Axl at times. We do live upstairs with our dog and toddler, so you will hear us from time to time, and we do our best to keep quiet from 9pm-7am.

Elegant Home by Golden Gate Park & Ocean Beach

Golden Gate Park is directly across the street and the majestic pacific ocean opens up four blocks from of our home. We are dog friendly. Public transportation stops on the corner for easy navigation throughout the city. You will have access to the backyard, washer and dryer, street parking and EV charging. Formal dinning room, updated kitchen and bathrooms. Perfect for families with children or travelers that like to explore the great outdoors. Fenced backyard with a BBQ.

Ocean Beach - Kelly's Cove

The ground floor private guest suite features clean, modern furnishings with an open-plan living space. There is a kitchenette with a mini fridge, two burners, microwave, and toaster oven The area is known in San Francisco for its quiet and open feeling. You are steps from Ocean Beach, Golden Gate Park and Lands' End. Up the street you'll find a diversity of yummy restaurants, cafes and shops.

Located on the lower level of a two-level home, the suite has its own interior entrance - no shared spaces beyond the home's entry. It's on a quiet street with free parking. Shopping, restaurants, UCSF Parnassus, Golden Gate Park, and Transit are nearby.

West Portal is a San Francisco neighborhood that is charming, safe and centrally located. Convenient to Downtown, the Golden Gate Bridge and Golden Gate Park by public transportation. Our place is completely remodeled and tastefully decorated with good sunlight and a view of the garden. Our place is good for couples, business travelers, and families (with kids).

Freshly and stylishly updated in-law like suite with large sitting area, big screen TV, queen size bed. Private entrance, shared garden. Big bathroom, toaster, microwave and small fridge. You leave the dishes in a bucket and place in the garage and we clean them for you! Close to UCSF/Golden Gate Park, West Portal, Inner Sunset.
