There is a twin sleeper sofa in living room. Front and back porch, wireless internet and RukuTv. 14 acre farm with walking trails, old mill and creek. Cleaning fee $50 and Pet fee $25 day. No aggressive breeds please. All monies go toward our Horse sanctuary 501c nonprofit. Special rates do not apply from Dec 12-Jan 1st or holiday weekends

Guests staying in this cabin have beautiful views of our surrounding ponds, 5+ miles of private country roads for hiking, running and biking. There is also a glass greenhouse with large table that comes with this cabin.

Two living areas - one with large stone fireplace. Full kitchen. Screened porch overlooking lake. Sat TV. 2 John boats with trolling motors available for bass and crappie fishing in the lake. Entrance is 1 mile from public boat landing for James River access. Near many VA vineyards.

The area is surrounded by nature, including a creek that runs through the property! It is also located 30 minutes away from Charlottesville (famous Monticello's location!)
