Our cozy vacation home is situated in one of the most beautiful campiellos of Grado, a premium location with only a few minutes’ walk to the beach and a supermarket, newsstand and a promenade with many restaurants and bars at a minutes distance. Our home is suitable for couples on a romantic getaway, a family on a well earned vacation, as well as backpacking travelers exploring our marvelous region. You will have the apartment all to yourself, but in case of need we are only a phone call away.

Appartamento sito in zona tranquilla, con adiacente un parco, ma con tutti i servizi vicini. L'appartamento comprende una camera matrimoniale e un divano letto anch'esso matrimoniale. Ideale per gite fuoriporta nei colli friulani e sloveni per immergersi nel verde e apprezzare la cultura culinaria della zona, oppure per viaggi d'affari per le grandi industrie site a pochi chilometri. Grazie ad una smart TV da 55” con Prime Video, Netflix etc, potrete passare una serata all’insegna dello svago.

Mansarda di charme al quinto piano di un edificio signorle in centro città, in una strada defilata dal traffico ma a due passi dal Borgo Teresiano e dal Viale XX Settembre (zona ricca di negozi e locali di ogni genere), arredata nei mini particolari e dotata di ogni comfort. A pochi metri le fermate degli autobus di collegamento con la stazione Centrale, l'Università, il Lungomare di Barcola, il Castello di Miramare e Piazza dell'Unità, quest'ultima raggiungibile a piedi in 22 minuti circa.
