Karst house - apartment is located in the village of Nova vas. Typical karst countryside offers relax and sport activities in the nature, great cycling and hiking routes. Vacation for families and for those who wants to explore nature and history. The location is along the Italian border so you can visit Slovenian and Italian places which are accessible within an hour's drive: Soča river, Lipica, Postojnska and Škocjanska cave, Goriška Brda (wine region), Piran, Sistiana, Trieste, Grado, Venice.

Rilassati e rigenerati in questo spazio tranquillo e luminoso, situato nella zona pedonale di Grado, godendo dell’esclusiva terrazza panoramica e del dolce suono della risacca del mare, che si trova proprio sotto casa. La spiaggia libera e quella attrezzata di sabbia, ideale per i bambini, si trovano a 50 mt. Il supermercato e tutti i servizi si trovano a pochi minuti a piedi. Garage esclusivo al piano -1. L’appartamento, ad eccezione del bagno, non ha porte, ma solo tende divisorie oscuranti.

The living area opens onto a spacious terrace, perfect for enjoying stunning sunsets over the sea. Fully air-conditioned, it features a double bedroom and a second bedroom with twin beds. The kitchen is fully equipped. Just 400 meters from the beach and a 15-minute walk from the town center, it’s the perfect base for your holiday in Grado.

The modern 'Grado House' is located only a few steps away from the main beaches and close to enchanting little islands. Total relaxation a few steps away from the centre, the Grado Spa and the Aquatic Park. The ideal place for an experience of luxury and comfort. It has private uncovered parking (2 cars), a beautiful garden consisting of a heated inflatable Jacuzzi with hydromassage (summer only), 2 sun loungers, a sofa and a patio with outdoor dining table.

Ideal property rental situated in the hillside neighborhood overlooking the Adriatic Sea to the Croatian coast, the house is close to everything. The house has two apartments each with magnificent views of the sea, private terraces and a shared pool & garden area. Both apartments can be rented for family & friend reunions. Pets are allowed upon request and we charge an additional cleaning fee. Please inquire.

Apartment in a house in Piran with a large garden and an amazing view. Only a 5-minute walk to Tartini square, the city center, the grocery store, the beach and to the nearest bus stop. Two parking spaces are available for free (tandem parking - your cars parked one in front of the other). The Piran city tourist tax (3,13€ per adult person per night) is already included in the price.

Centralissimo bilocale nella zona pedonale a 100 m dal mare nel cuore dell' aperitivo gradese. Luminoso, confortevole, climatizzato, con terrazzo abitabile che si affaccia sul viale principale. Comodo per 2 persone. Parlo anche inglese e tedesco. Dal 1° marzo 2018 sarà introdotta a Grado la tassa si soggiorno. Comunicherò gli importi appena saranno resi noti.

B&B Villa Moore

Il b&b Villa Moore si trova in una bella casa ottocentesca. Immerso in un giardino dai grandi alberi centenari, è un luogo ricco di fascino e di storia. Arrampicato sul colle di S.Vito, in posizione tranquilla e silenziosa, è distante soli 10 minuti a piedi tanto dalla centralissima piazza Unità, quanto dal Castello di S.Giusto.

Bell'appartamento molto luminoso , situato in zona centralissima a 100 metri dalla spiaggia. Terrazza abitabile affacciata su una deliziosa piazza incrocio tra due viali pedonali. Parcheggio custodito a richiesta. Di recente l' arredamento è stato rinnovato e si è creata un'ottima insonorizzazione dell'appartamento.
