Charming, spacious summer family house 90 m from the sea, beaches and beautiful walking path. Ideal for families. The total size of the house is over 120 m2. The house has all the necessary equipment, fresh towels, and bed linen. A SUP and some children's toys are also available for guests. The beach is just 90 m away along a pleasant and safe road, very friendly even for smaller children. The beach is varied, with shade, sun, pebbles, rock walls, piers...

Rilassati e rigenerati in questo spazio tranquillo e luminoso, situato nella zona pedonale del paese, godendo dell’esclusiva terrazza panoramica e del dolce suono della risacca del mare, che si trova proprio sotto casa. La spiaggia libera e quella attrezzata di sabbia, ideale per i bambini, si trovano a 50 mt. Il supermercato e ogni altro servizio si trovano a pochi minuti a piedi. Posto auto al piano interrato dedicato.

The house is only 15 min walk to the center amd the way leading to the center is by the sea. Next to the house is also a turistic train that drives you to the city center. The house has a garden and the property is fences and suitable for pets.

Depandance con entrata indipendente posta al piano terra. L'alloggio è stato completamente ristrutturata e arredata nel 2019 ed è composto da una camera matrimoniale e bagno privato ad uso esclusivo. La zona è centralissima, a 50 mt. dalla spiaggia "Costa azzurra", a pochi passi da bar, supermercati, ristoranti e dal lungomare. Parcheggio privato . Ospitalità e cortesia.

You will love our place because of the location, ambiance, outdoor space; neighborhood but most of all because it's only 30 m away from the beach. Also town's centar, grocery stores, restaurants and dinings are close and places for family-friendly activities. You can come alone, with your family or friends -also furry ones (pets) because we have enaugh room for you all.
