Die Dachterrasse bietet Sitzgruppe, Aussendusche und einen tollen Blick auf Meer & bei guter Sicht auf den Teide auf Teneriffa. Ein großer Grill & gemütliche Essplätze laden zu lauschigen Barbecue Abenden ein. Hier kann man die Seele baumeln lassen.

Die Wohnung ist perfekt für Urlauber, die die spanische Kultur hautnah erleben möchten, denn es befindet sich direkt in der Stadt Gran Tarajal. Dort finden Sie Bars, Restaurants, Supermärkte, Modegeschäfte, usw.! Den schwarzen Sandstrand und den Ozean haben Sie gleich vor der Tür. Die Wohnung (auf der 3. Etage, Treppensteigen erforderlich) für 4 Personen, verfügt über ein Wohnzimmer mit Klimaanlange und einem Schlafsofa, eine Küche, 1 Schlafzimmer mit Badezimmer und eine Terrasse mit Meerblick.

Casa Loma is a brand new 60 m2 house in Villaverde, surrounded by volcanoes and 15 min drive from the ocean. It offers a patio to eat outside and to relax after the day at the beach. The house is formed by a fully equipped kitchen/living room, a bedroom and a bathroom. On demand the sofa can become a single bed. THE LOCATION We are in Villaverde, a nice authentic village close to the main touristic attractions. Close to some of the best restaurants, there is a bakery and a supermarket at 500m.

This sun filled house is not just a mere living space. The magnificent views to the sea and the surrounding volcanic mountains, the large windows and the symmetric lines, turn it into the perfect retreat to relax, unwind and connect with the unique beauty of the island. Its careful refurbishment was made thanks to the contribution and creative input of my cousin, the captain. All the woodwork and the lighting fixtures are designed and custom made in his studio located in the neighborhood.

La Pared befindet sich nur wenige Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt vom größeren Ort Costa Calma weshalb wir unbedingt ein Mietauto empfehlen.
