We also have a double a comfy double sofa bed in the living room which can sleep two.

I tessuti e gli arredi sono preziosissimi, grazie per prenderti cura della mia casa. Una settimana prima dell'arrivo verrà richiesto online il documento di un ospite, il pagamento delle spese di pulizia (50€ per l'intero soggiorno per tutto il gruppo) e la tassa di soggiorno. I vostri dati sono condivisi solo con la Polizia e la Municipalità. A Venezia non ci sono molti ascensori però l'ultimo piano ha il vantaggio di non avere umidità o muffa. Ho un luogo dove lasciare le valigie.

A due passi dalla fermata del vaporetto , vicinissimo a quattro dei più importanti musei della città . Raggiungibile in pochi minuti dalla stazione e da Piazzale Roma (300 metri) Vi è un approdo per il taxi che rende l'appartamento adatto per chi giunge dall'aeroporto Marco Polo. La casa gode di splendidi affacci aperti sull'acqua e su di uno splendido ponte. Vicinissima a tutti i principali servizi. Gli arredi sono nuovi e di pregio e la casa è stata da poco completamente e finemente ristrutturata.
