The Splash Pad is a perfect getaway for families and groups. Our goal is to bring people together for quality time so we created spaces that everyone will love: the (non heated) pool, hot tub, patio, volleyball net and horse shoes, fire pit, indoor gas fireplace, and a spacious living room with a 55in TV. Situated within walking distance of an array of incredible restaurants, our location offers a walking trail from the backyard that leads to 26 miles of beaches, ideal for soaking up the sun, providing the perfect unforgettable getaway!

You’ll be close to everything Saugatuck/Douglas has to offer from this centrally-located cottage! Walkable to Douglas Beach (0.7 miles), the chain ferry (0.8 miles) & the Root Beer barrel stand. <5 min drive to Oval Beach & Ox-bow. This 1 BR/1 BA cottage sleeps 4 (with a pull-out sofa), is equipped with a fully stocked kitchen and a screened in porch for some serene down time. This home shares parking with the front Main House, as well as a shared walkway to its own gated/private courtyard.
