Very nice garage apt behind our home on .75 acre in upscale neighborhood. 8 min from Royse city Tx. 18min from Rockwall tx and 12 min from from Greenville tx. You will be staying in a safe gated private property. The apt is upstairs above a double garage were we the host live on property. We have a fenced area for a dog if you bring one with you. We have sound proof the apt upstairs from our downstairs apt we use ourselves.

Our tiny space features remote entry and your own porch for sitting and enjoying the sunset. Approximately 550 sq. feet with many amenities. The queen size bed is a murphy bed and can be folded up to give you more space. There is also a fold out bed, all linens provided. This type bed is best for a child, teen, or small adult. We have alpaca, emu, goats, chickens, ducks, turkeys, dogs, & cats. The space has a refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, crockpot, blender, sink, dishes.

You will have your own private space in a detached Guest House behind the main home at the back of a fenced and gated property. This guest home has its own private entrance and secured parking behind a gated entrance. Even though you are located in the same area as our primary home, your space is very private and located on the lower level of the property and we will not bother you. Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. The brand-new Bass Lodge is spacious and feels like home. It can sleep seven people comfortably and it’s right on the edge of the water. Enjoy the outside cooking space with fire pit and barbecue grill and stairs going down to a dock for immediate water access. The inside boasts of a full kitchen and wonderful waterfall shower. Lots of fishing to be done or just lounge around and watch our 55-inch smart TV.

We have backyard chickens, so fresh eggs are always available to you. Inside we have a full kitchen with a gas range, cozy living room and TV, a large office space, and a relaxing bedroom. We want to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The owner is on standby if you have any questions.
