La casina , dependence di 55 mq, a piano terreno composta da camera da letto, soggiorno, cucina, bagno con comoda doccia e spazio attrezzato per mangiare all’aperto. Ha un ingresso indipendente ed è situato in una silenziosa corte privata con giardino recintato. La dependence è dotato di quanto può rendere confortevole un soggiorno di vacanza per un massimo 4 persone. La struttura è situata nel centro di Follonica a 600 metri dal mare e 200 dalla stazione ferroviaria, vicina a tutti i servizi.

La mia casa si trova a Livorno, nel caratteristico quartiere di Antignano, vicino al centro e a due passi dalle splendide calette del Lungomare, perfette per un tuffo ed un bagno di sole. Base ideale per scoprire i tesori della nostra citta' e delle famose città d'arte toscane. Potrai godere del nostro mare e della cucina a base di pesce fresco . Caffè, tè, tisane, latte e biscotti sono offerti. Il quartiere, tranquillo e pittoresco, è a 10 min di macchina o 20 min in bicicletta dal Centro.

La Villa è posta in stupenda posizione all'interno di una proprietà privata di circa 4000mq, direttamente sugli scogli. La spiaggia di Nisportino dista 50m ed è raggiungibile tramite un viottolo privato. Altra particolarità è sicuramente la terrazza ad uso esclusivo situata a picco sul mare per godersi scenari mozzafiato, meravigliosi tramonti concluderanno le vostre giornate. Inclusa nel prezzo attrezzatura per la spiaggia. La biancheria non è fornita, ne da camera ne da bagno.

Casa Zagara

Casa Zagara è una piccola casa rosa ristrutturata di recente, con un grazioso e profumato giardino degli aranci , contornato da mura antiche. Si trova a pochi minuti dalla spiaggia di Capobianco, Sottobomba e a pochi km dal centro di Portoferraio. Ideale per famiglie con bambini o coppie. In zona partono percorsi trekking ed è possibile passeggiare all'interno della proprietà fino ad una meravigliosa uliveta dove ad ottobre si può osservare la raccolta delle nostre olive.

Domus Bolsena -可欣赏花园和湖泊景观的房子

House with garden and private garage recently built, finished with care and elegance. Access is independent and from the large balcony you can enjoy a panoramic view of the Monaldeschi castle and the lake. Cross the garden to get to the first level: there are a lounge with fully equipped kitchen and a sofa bed, a bathroom, a double bedroom and a single bedroom. The location is a few meters from the lake and from the center of Bolsena.

Le Rocchette - 卡斯蒂利奥内德拉佩斯卡亚 - 马雷玛

The apartment is located between maremma pine forest and sea. The access to the Rocchette beach is in front of the house just 5 minutes by walk in the pine forest. You can reach also the historical of village Castiglione della Pescaia in 10 min with the shuttle or a car (the bus stop is in front of the house, shuttles run every 20 minutes until 00.30). A very suitable place for someone who loves nature and silence

Porto Azzurro舒适的房子

Porto Azzurro, the house, with beautiful view, has been renovated recently. (2015-2016). The house has good place for 4 persons, but can have place for 6. The beach, "Golfo della Mola", that is very close to our house, is perfect for who has a kayak or a small boat. To bath we recommend sand beaches that is 1-2 km away.

The house is located 40 feet from the waters of Punta delle Ripalte, the southernmost tip of the Elba island, very appreciated by divers due to its rich marine fauna! To reach the sea and dive from the rocks you simply need to walk down a brief trail.

托斯卡纳海滩

The property has it’s own access to the beach: a private path leads through the pine tree grove and the dunes to the sea where guests will find a private cabana equipped with sunbeds and parasol. Guests are given their private key to the beach.
