Jaguar Houses is conveniently located between the center of town and some of the most popular attractions in the area such as Canopy Zip Lining, Suspended Bridges and the Santa Elena Nature Reserve. Inspired by Nordic architecture, Jaguar is composed of 3 independent homes, elevated on pillars, giving you the impression of floating on the trees. The 3 houses are identical however the view can slightly change from one to another. The photos used for each listing are a mix of the 3 houses.

Oct 25: We have just completed a full remodel of this lovely house. It now has two bedrooms, full bath, kitchen, deck, and laundry room all on one level and with wide doors to make it wheelchair friendly. My mother built this as her retirement house. She wanted a cozy, comfortable, house with a beautiful view. Wood floors, fireplace with firewood provided for the chilly Monteverde nights, beautiful windows so that you are looking down on the tops of the trees in the river gorge.
