Något som sticker ut är den stora uteplatsen med möjlighet att sitta i tre olika väderstreck. En stor gräsmatta lockar till lek och spel. You will love my place because of the tranquility, nature, the possibility of hikes, bike rides and the smell of freshly baked bread! If you are tall, mind your head. The ceiling in the old cottage is not so high. Breakfast is included in the price. I put it in the fridge. My accommodation suits couples, loneliness adventurers, business travelers, familys and four-legged friends.

The house is decorated in modern beach house style – ”simple living” with a great amount of charm and a personal touch! The House is located on a 3.600 square meters plot, where the 2.000 square meters are beach and sea. The beach is private (though the public has access). But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!

Stugan ligger i anslutning till naturreservat samt vandrings- och cykelled. Fiskekort behövs för fiske i sjön. Avstånd med bil: 5 min till Simlångsdalen, 20 min till Halmstad

Bo bekvämt i detta fina boende, färdigställt våren 2023. Från boendet ser du magiskt vackra solnedgångar. Stranden ligger bara några minuter iväg och nås via en liten stig. Två större sovrum med dubbelsängar samt ett mindre med 80-säng som enkelt kan dras ut till en 160-säng. Fullutrustat modernt kök med ljus och trevlig matplats. Boendet är en del av ett parhus men mycket väl ljudisolerat och med separata uteplatser som skapar en ordentligt privat sfär.
