This spacious, loft-style flat is centrally located between the popular Schanze/Altona districts – right in the heart of the action, yet quietly tucked away in a green courtyard. The bedroom offers a relaxing retreat, while the living/working/dining area with its own tea/coffee station invites you to linger. The large terrace with seating area is a wonderful place to relax. PLEASE NOTE: The entrance area (living/dining area) is passed through when coming and going, and the kitchen is shared.

Eine tolle ehemalige Ladenfläche beim Schanzenviertel. Bars und Restaurants in der Nähe. Bus und Bahn fast direkt vor der Tür. Reeperbahn, Altona, Elbe, Messe und die City sind sehr schnell erreichbar. Das Erdgeschoss wurde von uns aufwendig restauriert und mit Badezimmer und WC im alten Treppen Kellergang ergänzt. Die Loftfläche nutzen wir häufig als Fotostudio und vermieten Sie gelegentlich an nette Menschen. Sie ist für Familien aber auch für Geschäftsreisende geeignet.

Die ca. 70qm große 3-Zimmer Wohnung hat eine sonnige Terrasse, die zum Ausruhen einlädt, wenn man die Stadt erkundet hat. Durch die großen Fenster ist die Wohnung hell und freundlich - wie die Einrichtung auch. Es gibt zwei Schlafzimmer, wovon eines ein eigenes Duschbad mit WC bietet. Vom Flur gehen Küche, ein weiteres Duschbad mit WC und das geräumige Wohn- & Esszimmer mit Zugang zur Terrasse ab - wo man durch die Süd-Westausrichtung sonnenverwöhnt ist.

The accommodation is in the basement and has a ceiling height of 2.09 m. Supermarkets and restaurants (5-10min) and public transport (bus 2min) are in the immediate vicinity. Public parking is usually available.

Netflix inklusive. :) Und wer den Trubel liebt: Die Hamburger Innenstadt ist nicht weit. Eine halbe Stunde und man ist mitten im Geschehen. Für bis zu 2 Personen. Die Check-In-Zeit kann bei Bedarf und nach Absprache auch früher möglich sein.

Optimal ist eine Belegung mit 2 Erwachsenen + 1 - 2 Kindern. Das zweite Bett ist ein Etagenbett. Unten hat es 1,20m x 2,00 und oben 0,90 x 2,00 m. Der obere Teil ist für Kinder von 6-12 Jahren geeignet.

Our listed Art Nouveau house is located in Hamburg's Elbe suburbs, very quiet and amidst greenery, about 20 minutes from the city, close to public transport and shops. There are many restaurants nearby, green areas, parks etc. No infants (under 6 years old). Dogs (max. 2) are welcome at a cost of €12 per dog/night.
