Iin historiallisessa Wanhassa Haminassa omakotitalon pihapiirissä oleva asunto on tunnelmallinen pysähdyspaikka n. 500m nelostiestä. Iijoki on kivenheiton päässä, vilauksen voi nähdä jopa ikkunasta. Päärakennuksessa asuu kolmihenkinen perhe. Iin kunta on tunnettu kulttuurista ja taiteesta ja majoittaja Minna osaa halutessanne kertoa Iin historiasta, nähtävyyksistä ja kulttuurista. Iin palvelut ovat lähellä ja Ouluun 30min ajomatka. Asunto on kauttaaltaan remontoitu keväällä 2024.

There is one bedroom with a 180 cm bed, livingroom with a 140 cm sofa bed and another bedroom on the second floor with a 140 cm sofa bed and a 90 cm bed. There is a laundry machine and dryer in the basement. Note that there are no doors in the first floor. During the summertime you can find a swing in the yard. There are lots of toys for children to play with.

Our peaceful holiday home in Swedish Lapland is perfect for nature lovers, Northern Lights enthusiasts, and sled dog adventures. The house has 3 comfortable bedrooms and can accommodate up to 5 guests. It’s located in a remote area of Överkalix, near a large lake. The town center and its shops are just a five-minute drive away. The house is fully equipped and includes snowshoes, sleds, games, a barbecue hut (Grillkota), and a sauna.

Rentoudu kauniin Kemijoen varrella v. 1811 hirsimökissä. Remontoitu nykyaikaisin mukavuuksin v.2021. Pihanavetassa uusi sauna/wc ja grillitupa sekä terassi . Toinen erikseen kesäaikaan vuokrattavissa oleva sauna on aivan rannalla, saunan yhteydessä on palju sekä 8h grillillä varustettu huvimaja. Suotuvene käytössä asukkaille. Liinavaatteet ja pyyhkeet kuuluvat hintaan. Maaseudun hiljaisuudessa sielu lepää!

Cozy apartment in the middle of Keminmaa. Nearby grocery store (100m), restaurant/Pub, hamburger bar/pizzeria. 100 m to the riverside, yo can swim in the summer or just admire the scenery, in winter you can walk and ski on the ice, a place for downhill for children. 8 km to Kemi and 18 km to Tornio and Haparanda, Sverige. Well-equipped cottage on a large plot and next to river and nature. The cottage has sleeping places for eight + baby-size bed. Big outdoor sauna gives warm steams and barbecue hut is available for cooking and warming up. Outside we have plenty of different sorts of outdoor games and a play stand. Inside there are 2 TVs, game console and different board games.

Huset ligger i centrala Haparanda, 1,2km till IKEA, 1,6km till shopping center Rajalla och 2,1km till Cape East (spa). Boende Ni har tillgång till vardagsrum, 3 sovrum, kök, bastu och tvättstuga. Vid behov finns tillgång till spjälsäng. I anslutning till bastu finns gross trainer och air hockey bord. Det finns p-plats för två bilar på egen gård.
