The building faces the magnificent Herzelia marina. The apartment building is located above the Arena shopping mall with cinemas, cafes, restaurants, fashion shops plus many more shops such as a pharmacy There is a fully equipped gym with wet and dry sauna In the building and a swimming pool that is open April through November.
