Our renovated, ground-floor 32 m2 apartment awaits its guests 700 meters from the lake, in a peaceful area. Restaurants and shops are located about 400 meters away. The studioapartment has a well-equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a shower cabin. Privat parking for free. Our apartment can accommodate 2+2 people. Thanks to the northern location of the apartment, it is pleasantly cool in the summer and warm in the winter with central heating. Tourist tax HUF 830/pers/night payable on the spot

Az lakásom Hévíz központjában található. Minden fontosabb látnivaló gyalogosan elérhető. A Tőfürdő bejárata 600m, Tavirózsa tanösvény 800m, pékség 170m, élelmiszerbolt 250m, a piac bejárata pedig 70m az apartmantól. A piac bejáratánál található a hévízi dotto (kisvonat) megállója, amivel az egész város bejárható, mindegyik megállóban fel és le is lehet szállni. Üzletek és kávézók szintén pár perc sétára. Az apartmanban egy hálószoba, egy fürdő wc, egy amerikai stílusú konyha nappali található.

Have fun with the whole family at our homey and comfortable, recently renovated place. It is designed and equipped to make your stay the least burdensome and to have a cozy feel like home experience. Please note that the fireplace is only for decoration there is central heating in the house. The pool is in operation only between June to end of September. All the rooms have air conditioning!
