Der Stadtteil Pradl liegt nahe des Zentrums, der Universität und der Messe. Die Sozialwissenschaftliche und Theologische Fakultät, sowie auch das MCI ist in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es auch Möglichkeiten Lebensmittel einzukaufen.

The rooms and the furnishings are mostly made of Swiss stone pine, the double beds are equipped with the pinura pine sleep system and guarantee a pleasant and wonderful feeling of lying and sleeping.
