The Guest House accommodation is pet friendly and has 7 rooms (with a total occupancy of 20).

There is a lovely communal area with a fully licensed bar and a patio area out front. Opposite there is a children’s playground and a large grass area to exercise your dog.

For drivers to the Guest House there is free on-street parking (if spaces are available). There is a height restricted grass car park opposite which is free after 4pm until 9am throughout the season and has a £1 daily charge between November and April.

The bus and train station are within walking distance of the property.

Disabled access is restricted as the property itself, and all of the rooms, are accessed by stairs.

Breakers Guest House is nestled close to Fistral Beach, boasting stunning views across the golf course and out towards the awe-inspiring Atlantic Ocean. Our location is within a short stroll away from all the superb beaches, shops, bars, and restaurants.
