Historische Mühle von Cramm, Scheunen-Apt.5

Unser Apartment 5 befindet sich im Obergeschoss der historischen Scheune unserer denkmalgeschützten Wassermühle, die seit 1754 besteht. Es ist eines von sechs Studios, die wir im Rahmen einer Renovierung gebaut haben und seit Mai 2024 vermieten. Wir haben darauf geachtet, so viel wie möglich vom historischen Charakter des Gebäudes zu bewahren - die originalen Holzbalken der alten Scheune schmücken das Apartment und den Blick auf das offene Dachgebälk. Das Apartment ist 43 qm groß.

Nice and calm apartment!

Recently built guesthouse on the property of an old mill. We (two families) live in the main building. Both apartments have a seperate entrance and a terrace showing to the little creek which gives it a romantic touch. The place is 10 km from Basel which can be reached by bus or train in about 30 minutes. In the village nearby you´ll find a supermarket and other stores. Good starting point to explore the Black Forrest. The mixture of nature and civilisation makes it a special place!

Mitten in einem zauberhaften, von freilaufenden Hühnern belebten und direkt an der Birs gelegenen Garten steht Dein kleines Haus. Es ist ausgestattet mit allem, was Du für einen kurzen Aufenthalt in Basel brauchst: einem bequemen Bett, einer Miniküche sowie eigener Dusche und WC. Nur 5 Minuten zu Fuss von der Station der Tram Nr. 3 entfernt, mit der Du in Kürze im Stadtzentrum bist. Ein Spaziergang dem Fluss entlang führt dich direkt zum Stadion St. Jakob.

Alte Färberei Gesamte Unterkunft

Die alte Färberei, eine Fabrikanlage aus dem 19. Jahrhundert, wurde für eine gemischte Nutzung ausgebaut. Neben Wohnungen, Werkstätten und Arztpraxis entstanden unter den Sheddächern der Fabrikhallen Gästezimmer. Es war uns ein Anliegen der alten Bausubstanz eine neue Nutzung zu geben und erlebbar zu machen. Wir konnten die Gebäudehülle komplett erhalten und erneuerte Bauteile in anderem Zusammenhang wieder verwenden. Neue Bauteile wurden naturbelassen.
