Everything is steps away! You can see the beach entrance from the driveway! No shared spaces! Walk to Jetty park, Jaycee park (w/playground), Ft Pierce Inlet (load your boat) or several amazing restaurants/tiki bars (like Square Grouper). After a day on the water head to the Beach House to jump in the pool or play with some yard games. Take a stroll or GOLF CART RIDE to the restaurant/tiki bar to have a sunset dinner! Lastly enjoy the fire pit around the pool under the Edison lights & stars!

This property has undergone a full renovation in 2024 w/ new kitchen ,bath and appliances along with new furniture.. Note: This is not a party house or neighborhood and we live next door so please respect the neighbors.

Balcony off of master bedroom overlooks private pool & backyard. So relaxing! Sun room, pool table, foosball. Light, bright & clean! 2 MINUTE walk to private deeded beach access. Cross the sand dune and smell the sea. It is not uncommon to have the entire beach to yourself!

I catch many types of fish here. After you contact me, and book, I will meet you to hand you the keys and get you through the guard gate and take you to the house.
