The Parakeet is part of a larger home, fully separated from the main house by a locked utility room with two sets of secure double doors for complete privacy. This house is close to US sailing center, Indian Riverside Park, and Jensen beach boat ramp. Beach is about 10 minutes drive from the house. The home is a perfect holiday getaway to soak in some Florida sunshine.

The area is full of restaurants, to navigate to I-95 is only a 20 min. drive, West Palm is about 30-45 mins!
