A choice of shops and restaurants are a ten minute walk/five minute drive from the studio.

Meine Unterkunft ist in der Nähe von Natur und guter Luft und Ruhe. Du wirst das Loft lieben wegen dem Platz im Freien, den Garten, den Kamin innen für die Gemütlichkeit, 63qm zum Wohlfühlen in altem Gemäuer mit Lehmputz innen. Auf der Galerie ist ein 160cm breites Bett und ein Schreibtisch, unten eine Schlafcouch. Meine Unterkunft ist gut für Paare, Alleinreisende und Eifelfans. Alt trifft Neu ist das Motto: Alte Balken knacken auch mal, der Regen prasselt aufs Dach= Vor- und Nachteil?

Eppeltree is part of a converted farm and is located in an orchard in the middle of the nature reserve, with a breathtaking view into the sunset. We have been living on the beautiful Hinkelshof since 2018. The farm has a total of 3 double bedrooms with a large bathroom on the ground floor. In the outbuilding there is a large lounge with a pellet stove and self-catering kitchen. We live on the Hinkelshof and reside on the upper floors of the house, which is separated from the ground floor by a door. We also use the hallway between the guest rooms. The lounge, kitchen and bathroom are for your private use.

Meine Unterkunft liegt im ruhigen Stadtteil Auf der Weissmark, in unmittelbahrer Nähe des Naherholung und Naturschutzgebietes Mattheiser Weiher . Zur Innenstadt sind es 4 km, es besteht eine sehr gute Busanbindung. Das Apartement befindet sich im 2 OG und hat einen eigenen abschließbaren Eingang. Ein privater PKW Stellplatz befindet sich direkt vorm Haus. Das kleineTageslichtbad ist mit einer Dusche, WC und Waschbecken ausgestattet.
