This nice cottage is situated in the middle of a beautiful valley, with no neighbors disturbing you. You have a sea view to the north. A stream with waterfalls and rapids down through the valley. The hut is also a good base for skitouring and moutain hiking (many trails in the area) and horse riding. We offer horse riding for additonal fee. We can ride a calm tour with beginners or a bit faster with more experienced riders. Horse riding is mostly available from May till September.

It is located in one of the most beautiful parts of Iceland on 140 hectares of land, in between the two big glaciers in the south Vatnajökull and Mýrdalsjökull. Our place is accessible by any car in normal summer conditions.
