A cozy 2bed condo providing the perfect escape for 1-6 people. This rental is approximately 11,000-ft above sea level. It can be accessed via a scenic 20-minutes drive from I-70, along Fall River Road. You can walk to the trailhead for Saint Mary's Glacier, a 1.9-mile well-used trail to a beautiful lake. Recently updated with fresh paint and furnishings, full kitchen and soft beds. Free WiFi. Coin washer and dryer located in the basement of the building. A dedicated parking spot is available.

Although listed as a one bedroom home there are two sleeping areas. One with a queen size bed that is an open space and the other with a daybed with pull out trundle bed. A sunlit breakfast nook awaits in the front of the house which opens to a cozy living room. The living room is equipped with a Smart TV, Blue-Ray/DVD Player and of course you will enjoy WI-FI throughout the house. A washer and dryer are available for use in the fully functional kitchen. There is one spacious full bathroom.

We are close to Golden Gate Canyon state park, where you can snowshoe, hike, mountain bike & more. 35 min to Boulder, 30 to Golden, 30 to Casinos in Black Hawk, 60 to DIA 3 restaurants, a liquor store, coffee shop and convenience store close by. This cabin is the perfect spot to rest after a day in the mountains! The main floor living room and kitchen are fully stocked. The upstairs loft is outfitted with a queen bed and a queen size pull-out sofa. The basement features a bunk bed! Our beautiful mountain location limits our access to internet, so the cell signal, WiFi and cable can be very slow or non-existent at times. We recommend planning to be off-the-grid in case this happens during your stay! We do not allow parties.
