L'appartamento,situato al primo piano, si trova nell'antica residenza di Bianca Cappello che affaccia sulla centralissima Piazza San Marco di Firenze. Appena ristrutturato e arredato in stile shabby chic è dotato di due camere matrimoniali luminose, due bagni, un salotto con divano letto matrimoniale e una cucina abitabile. Sono a disposizione degli ospiti biancheria, asciugamani, shampoo e saponette. Inoltre, per quanto riguarda la cucina sono forniti gli essenziali (olio, sale, caffè..).
