Casa storica del 1669, ristrutturata nel 1977 e rinnovata nel 2017. È ubicata nella parte bassa di Semione, a diretto contatto con la campagna. Fa parte di un piccolo nucleo rurale circondato da campi, frutteti e vigne distante 300 metri dal fiume. È divisa in due appartamenti dotati di ingresso indipendente: uno di ca. 200 metri quadri e un altro di ca. 40 metri quadri con sauna. I due appartamenti sono collegati da una scala interna che permette di disporre di tutta la casa.

Herzliche willkommen in der Ruhe-Oase am Vierwaldstättersee! Wir freuen uns sehr, unser zweites Zuhause für Gäste zu öffnen, wenn wir es selbst nicht nutzen. Es ist ein kleineres Reihenhaus (77m2), oberhalb von Weggis und lädt ein zum Abschalten und Geniessen. Für uns ist es eine Ruhe-Oase mit traumhaftem Blick auf den Vierwaldstättersee und das Bergpanorama. Das Haus verfügt über alles, was du für einen erholsamen und entspannten Urlaub brauchst:

Das Haus liegt inmitten der Natur direkt an der Thur mit Blick auf Churfirsten und Säntis. Es ist optimal gelegen für Sommer- und Winteraktivitäten. Eine Wohlfühloase für herrliche und erholsame Urlaubstage. In unmittelbarer Nähe befindet sich ein Restaurant, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind ca. 30min Fussmarsch entfernt. 小峡谷旅舍

In springtime 2016 we bought that 300 year old house and renovated it until the end of the year. It's one of the oldest houses in Sufers. It's a great pleasure to us to be able to offer you now the new furnished 3-rooms apartment. Our house is right at the river bank of a rushin mountain stream. On one side of the house you feel like beeing somewhere in nature, on the other side you are in the village.
