We welcome guests looking to stop for a couple of days and it is also perfect for those looking to stay longer term in Vilanculos. The house is located on our family property so while the house and patio are private, guests should expect to see family members and ducks in the yard.

An idyllic view above "Baia dos Pescadores" (Fisherman's Bay). From its perch, 100 meters to the Indian ocean you can take in the whole bay as your eye is drawn to Bazaruto's trio of islands in the distance – the best view in Vilanculos. After a two-year long term rental, the property has once again become available to stay (June 2025). The 5 bedroom house benefits from the sea breeze that channels its way through the bay ensuring you stay cool even through the hottest of Mozambican summers.

Perfect for spending time in tranquil surroundings when you tire of the beach. We offer a safe parking space, 24-hour solar electricity, uncapped WiFi, and cooling. The 110m shared footpath to the beach meanders through huge Baobab trees, planted by inland African traders doing business with Arab boatmen dating back to 400 AD.

Welcome to Vilanculos! View the Indian Ocean and the idyllic Bazaruto Archipelago from our spacious house while we are away with a beautiful shady garden at a superb location in Vilanculos. You will absolutely love our big veranda, the location and the view. We have private beach access and are very centrally located in Vilanculos, just a short walk from the main lodges with restaurants and beach bars. Enjoy local African life just a few steps away and make yourself at home! Bem-vindo!

Vilancoulos海景房

Our beach house is located high above a magnificent bay north of Vilankulos. The view and beach are spectacular. World class sailing, kite surfing, diving and fishing will keep you busy. Horse riding on the beach is a must do. Delicious sea food can be bought from the local fishermen. The house sleeps 4 couples and 8 children, it has 4 ensuite stand alone bedrooms and a dorm room sleeping 8 children. The open plan kitchen, dining room and lounge are ideal for a large group. Fully staffed.

Beach Villa is approximately 4 km from Villankulos. At the bottom of the garden is a private gate for beach access. Beach Villa is in a private secure estate of 14 houses with security, and Estate Manager Mel is available to answer any questions during your stay. Only a 15 minute drive from the airport, the house is fully equipped for 11 people. All rooms are en-suite with mosquito nets and air conditioned with high speed Wi-fi. Generator backup to run the whole house.

Although the house is self-catering, it has a chef to cook for you and is fully serviced on a daily basis; it has wi-fi (Starlink) and TV.

Each of our 4 accommodation options are different from each other with unique decor inspired by the intricate designs of local cloth. Our restaurant, Casbah, offers the best prepared seafood in town and our Balinese style pork ribs alone are worth the trip.
