The house is filled with original art, pop decor and features a 3 meter long sliding glass door onto a balcony with river views. The private rooftop offers 280 degree views of Ayamonte, the Guadiana River and Portugal plus a pergola, fantastic chill out lounge, BBQ, outdoor shower and lounge chairs. Full kitchen and dedicated workstation.

A proximité des commerces et restaurants. A 5mn à pieds du Mercado Municipal et de l'embarcadère pour Ilha de Tavira. Toutes les commodités du centre ville dans une maison typique portugaise. It's central heating in every room makes Monte do Cansado a cozy retreat after long hikes or bike tours on cooler winter days. The big swimming pool with a magnificent view of the valley is shared with the guests of Casa do Pátio and the owners.

Precioso chalet adosado en Ayamonte.Ubicado en una zona residencial tranquila. A dos minutos andando de comestibles, cafeterías, farmacia, Iglesia.... A 700 m del centro y a 4 km. de las playas . Gran jardín privado de 250 m. con césped, árboles, patio y zona de esparcimiento con barbacoa , tumbonas... bajo la sombra de la glicinia. Acceso desde la calle y garaje privados. Recién reformada. Decorada con mucho mimo. Las mascotas son bien recibidas.
