The apartment offers a second bedroom with a French bed and an en-suite bathroom, a second bathroom and a full-equipped kitchen with dishwasher and closet.

Super bright house located by the seaside of the beautiful Ortigia island. Fully restructured and decorated with creativity by design enthusiasts. Two large terraces with an amazing sea view to have dinner with friends or just to relax, in the same street as the entrance to the house, there is both a guarded car park that also issues a pass to be able to drive in all the ZTL areas of Ortigia, and a HERTZ car rental, certainly two very convenient and important addresses for tourists.

The house is located in the heart of Ortigia close to Piazza Duomo, Teatro Comunale, Palazzo Bellomo, Palazzo Montalto, Piazza Archimedes Archimedean Museum, the Temple of Apollo. At walking distance from the Cala Rossa beach and access to the Solarium, near Pubs, Pizzerias and Restaurants, the stop of the electric bus is close to home. L 'accommodation is suitable for couples, business travelers and families (with children). Angela and I shall strive for excellent reception.

Situated in the ancient Jewish quarter, the house offers direct access to the swimmable sea and is just steps from the Cathedral. Major attractions, including Piazza del Duomo, the Fountain of Arethusa, and Maniace Castle, are all within walking distance.

It is located a few meters from the sea and the historic center, and also has a small corner of paradise on the terrace, where you can appreciate the peculiarity of the island with an unmissable view of the sea.
