Siamo nel cuore di Venezia, nel quartiere di San Polo, a due passi dal ponte di Rialto. L’appartamento è dotato di una comoda camera matrimoniale e di un divano letto matrimoniale nel soggiorno, e di due bagni, uno dei quali dispone di una sauna e di un idromassaggio, perfetti per coccolarvi e rigenerarvi in un ambiente di puro relax. Ma la vera perla della nostra casa è la splendida terrazza sul tetto, chiamata "altana" in veneziano, da cui si gode di una splendida vista sul Canal Grande.

Nel restauro e nella scelta della posizione, ho scelto di raccontarti la mia Venezia, attraverso quadri, architetture, oggetti antichi, mescolando l'utilizzo dell'oro e del verde, per riproporre il perfetto dialogo tra l'arte della Serenissima e la pace dei canali su cui affaccia la mia casa.

80m2 apartment on the third floor overlooking the historic center and partially on the Vena canal, 150 meters from the boats to / from Venice, with air conditioning. Consisting of a double bedroom, a single bedroom, a living room with a convertible sofa, a brand new kitchen, a bathroom, and with a terrace from which you can also see the lagoon and the port. The terrace has tables, chairs and umbrella to enjoy breakfasts, aperitifs, dinners, or even just sunbathing in complete relaxation.

Look out onto a canal and a watery cityscape that has barely changed for many centuries. The apartment is on the 2nd floor (no lift!) without A/C, but each room is equipped with fans. The interior features many gloriously baroque touches, from the period furniture and marbled floors to the chandeliers and oriental-style patterned carpets. Please pay attention before to book, read the rules of the house and the extra fees: daily tourist tax, cleaning cost, late checkin (after 8pm).

Nelle immediate vicinanze si trovano supermarket, bar, ristoranti e tutte le principali attrazioni turistiche, come Piazza San Marco e Palazzo ducale.
